Terms of service
The agreement between you and SCORM Central when you use the service. Short on purpose.

The service
SCORM Central converts documents, decks, and video into standards-based courses; validates packages against SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, cmi5, and xAPI behaviour; and hosts or dispatches them, with an optional built-in LRS. Features marked early access or in test may change or be withdrawn as they mature.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and give us accurate account information. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away if you think it has been compromised.
Your content
You own the content you upload and the packages you build. You give us only the licence needed to store, convert, host, and deliver that content as the service requires — nothing more. You are responsible for having the rights to convert and distribute what you upload. We do not use your content to train models.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful or infringing material, distribute malware through built packages, attempt to break or overload the service, or resell access outside your plan's terms. We may suspend an account that does, with notice where practicable.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly or yearly. The introductory offer — first month for $1 on your first paid plan, monthly billing — renews at the regular price after the first month. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid. Pricing during early access may change with notice before your next renewal. If a charge looks wrong, contact us and we will sort it out.
Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable, but during early access there is no formal uptime guarantee. Keep copies of source files that matter to you; built packages can be re-downloaded while your account is open.
Liability
The service is provided as is during early access. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
Close your account whenever you like. We may end or suspend the agreement if these terms are breached. On closure, your data is handled as the privacy policy describes.
